Key responsibilities:

  • Daily management of projects
  • Reporting on project status and workloads
  • Providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
  • Managing daily schedules
  • Overseeing project resources
  • Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
  • Ensuring the stages of the project/s are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
  • Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
  • Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
  • Building effective relationships with team and key departments



  • At least 5-10 years of experience as a traffic manager in an advertising agency
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Great command under pressure and stress
  • Adaptability to new situations
  • Expertise in communication and organisational skills
  • Multi-tasking and collaboration skills
  • Good working knowledge of print production and digital processes
  • Ability to proofread and perform quality control checks
  • Experience in using the Chase system
  • Excellent planning, coordinating, and supervising skills
  • Superb organisational skills

  • Ability to remain super cool under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Good problem-solving skills
