At the end of 2012, Fishgate organised Thai Kitchen to South Africa on behalf of the Royal Thai Embassy. This event was held to celebrate Thai cuisine in the local market, and simultaneously create awareness of the quality produce that Thailand has to offer. For the launch of Genesis Quality Assurance in South Africa, Fishgate developed this Launch Pack. Genesis evaluates companies to ensure that their hygiene practices all meet the industry criteria. In light of this, we filled each launch pack with a company brochure and branded apron, and then vacuum-sealed it to really emphasise hygiene.
